Last Thursday, April 18th, fourteen young women aged 18-35 were invited to attend the Archbishop's Dinner for Women. It proved to be a delightful evening filled with hospitality and ample opportunities to engage and draw inspiration from the Archbishop's wisdom.
We are deeply grateful for the archbishop's visionary leadership, particularly his recognition of the invaluable contribution of religious and consecrated women within the church. The Archbishop Dinner for Women reinforces this vision by providing a space for women to discern and explore their vocations. The gathering fosters a sense of community among women, assuring them that they are not alone in their discernment journey but are cherished within the heart of the church.
The attendees found the evening to be enriching and felt encouraged to pursue a closer relationship with Christ, particularly considering the path of becoming Consecrated or Religious Sisters.
As these young women commit to the ongoing process of discernment, we continue to uplift them in prayer, trusting that they will find clarity and fulfilment in their journey.
